W. Shakespeare’s Othello has let me experience a step-up in the description of a scene, of the project work and research in the field of lighting as emotional expression. The references to Bob Wilson’s formal theater setting and Joseph Svobodas’ scenes have changed completely the old language into a new way of perceiving the scene in the inside of a theater. The phenomenon of the “synthesis” has helped me detract all of those superfluous elements that would refrain me from “mastering” at my best the inside of the scenic box.
